Best Frames for Your Face Shape

Oct 01 ,2019 Writen By: admin admin

If you thought that glasses didn't look good on you, we have news for you, it's not that you don't have a good face for glasses, but because you don't know what frames are suited for your face shape. So today let's learn some tips to help you learn the shape of your face and find the frames that go best of it.

We usually think of faces as having five shapes: oval, round, square, diamond and heart.

Are you forehead jaw and chin proportionate? If the answer is yes, then you have oval face.

This face type works well with most styles of glasses, provided that you avoid the extremes. Feel free to wear curved or square frames. Wear wide or narrow lenses, according to your preference – but avoid lenses that are too evenly round or boxy.

Round faces are about as wide as they are tall, and they are characterized by softer, curved features.

Straight and rectangular lenses will make your face look longer and thinner – especially if they sit high on your face. Stick to thin frames: thicker can overwhelm a round face.

If you have prominent check bones that match the length of your forehead and a well-defined jaw line then you have a square face.

If you'd like to soften your features, try wearing rounded lenses.

If you like the strong profile, but don't want glasses to make you look intimidating, you can still use square-shaped lenses.

Make sure, however, that the lenses are large, and roughly even in height and width.

Diamond-shaped bases are characterized by full cheeks and narrow at the forehead and jaw line.

Oval and rimless frames are suit for diamond face .Glasses with strong brow lines are also a good choice. We should avoid glasses with strong brow lines.

Don't draw unnecessary attention to your narrow eye line. Balance and enhance facial features.

If you have a narrow jaw line in a wider forehead you have a  wonderful heart-shaped face.

You can choose the bottom-heavy frames that add width to lower face, or rimless frames that are light in color. Don't draw too much attention to upper face. Balance the width of your face .

Glasses should never hinder your style. They should emphasize your beauty. So get out there and find the right pair for you and your face shape.
